This policy explains what Lawndash Powerwashing & Lawnscape Services LLC (“Lawndash,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use lawndashpowerwash.com or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have. It’s written in plain English and is a summary of our practices, not legal advice.
We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule and perform the work, follow up about your job, keep records, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the website. We don’t use it for anything you didn’t reach out to us for.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — our email provider (to deliver your inquiry to us) and our analytics provider (Google) — and only as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer. That’s it.
If you give us your number and opt in, we may text you about your quote and job — scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up. We don’t send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Opting out of texts won’t affect your service.
Our analytics cookies help us see how the site performs. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, install Google’s Analytics Opt-out add-on, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. The site does not run third-party advertising trackers.
We keep quote and contact information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, plus a reasonable period for our business records. Quote submissions that don’t become jobs are purged periodically. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including a hardened server and encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information carefully and limit who can access it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts at any time. To make a request, just contact us by email or phone (two easy methods, listed below) and we’ll take care of it.
California residents: although our small business isn’t required to comply with the CCPA/CPRA, we voluntarily honor its spirit — you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we don’t do either), and we won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Residents of other states (including New York and Michigan) may have similar rights, and we’ll honor reasonable requests the same way.
This site is meant for adults arranging property services. It is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Our site may link to third-party sites (for example, our Facebook or Thumbtack pages). Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review them.
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
